I must write down a review of this program. Before this I went to gym three times a week without any particular plan and did not get any real results. As the name says, Super Gains 6 Months Plan's major goal is to build as much muscle mass that is naturally possible in six months to any non-professional trainee.

Training plan consists of four different bodybuilding phases of five weeks each, with short easier two weeks phases (strength endurance training) in between them.

  1. Bodybuilding phase 1 (weeks 1 – 5)
  2. Strength-endurance 1 (weeks 6 – 7)
  3. Bodybuilding phase 2 (weeks 8 – 12)
  4. Rest week 13
  5. Strength endurance 2 (week 14)
  6. Bodybuilding phase 3 (weeks 15 – 19)
  7. Strength endurance 3 (weeks 20 – 21)
  8. Bodybuilding phase 4 (weeks 22 – 26)

In the bodybuilding phases there are different kinds of training methods and special techniques used to keep stimulating your muscles in the best way possible. In the bodybuilding phases there are five workouts per week and one workout lasts about one hour. So the training volume is high, but you don't need to leave your work or stop your studies to go through this plan.

In principle, this training plan is not suitable for beginners. So, if you don’t have much gym experience, but you still want to try out this plan, do it with a longer training cycle. Do five workouts in nine or ten days, instead of five workouts in one week.
